One star is too much
Since Chegg has intergraded EasyBib into their family, Easybib has stopped working. Try finding help... nothing. It is frustrating, and I paid for both sites, and this is the service I get.
This blazon of error for an organization at this level of service with over millions of users should non occur.
Before the Spring semester begins, I will wait elsewhere and cancel both Easybib and Chegg payments.

Don't assist at all, non worth it
I asked a question, and an 'skillful' just copied and pasted the wrong respond from another question. And so I tried once more, the 'practiced' did the same thing. I went to customer service, and they said they tin't do annihilation. I tried once again, same affair. I'm not happy at all.

"Experts" copy and paste answers from the net
Sick of this platform as their so called "experts" not fifty-fifty answering or reading the question properly. I have posted numerous questions to Chegg, and I get consistently recieve the same answer from unlike "experts". These "experts" steal eachothers answers, and so mail them as their own. I've had to repost this question 5 times, because it keeps on getting answered past the SAME Incorrect ANSWER. Even though I've changed the actual question, information technology withal gets answered with the same wrong answer. It'southward actually ridiculous that "experts" are allowed to repost the same respond and steal other answers as if it's their original work. There should exist a system to notice similar answers so these "experts" aren't getting paid to but re-create and paste. What a joke.
Chegg is Great! Beloved the Extra Goodies and Orange Box!
I love Chegg! They have decent prices for renting or buying textbooks, and they even add extra goodies and coupons. I'chiliad always excited when I see the orangish box has come in from Chegg. As well, I haven't had whatsoever problems when I needed to render a textbook rental because my professors said we didn't need the book. I just requested a return and they did it, and I was simply out for the first cost of shipping which was like 9 bucks. So I've had nifty experiences with using their rental services.
Brand improvements
Chegg has great services. I call back in that location needs to be a file button where customers tin can mail files as well every bit pictures.
